Working with the UK & Ireland Partnerships Director you will be responsible for developing and managing the relationships between the Tote and its B2B2C partners across Ireland.

The role will focus on developing current relationships and building a pipeline of new opportunities to build sustainable and meaningful partnerships that create shared value. You are responsible for the Tote brand across all Irish racecourses, driving liquidity in the Tote through that channel. Focusing on Independent racecourses, working with all stakeholders you will gain an understanding of their operation and challenges and how we can align to deliver benefit to the individual racecourses in the short, mid and long term. You are responsible for building and delivering a strategy that all stakeholders understand and support to drive performance, through unlocking digital revenue benefit, additional content through new products and maximising the racing calendar throughout the year.

Working with your partners and the internal Marketing team you will be responsible for delivering increased revenue via the racecourse channel through acquisition to tote.co.uk via our racecourse partner assets. Understanding the opportunities for growth you will work with the Partnerships Director to build a plan that drives sustainability and growth over the next 5 years.

Key Responsibilities: • Work with the UK & Ireland Partnerships Director to develop a plan aligned to the overall UK Tote strategy that drives growth across our Irish racecourse partners • Promote product vision and strategies to all our partners • Deliver the P & L benefits against racecourse sponsorships • Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver a roadmap that ensures we deliver the best possible ROI for our customers, ensuring that the customer experience is the main consideration across the channels • Work closely with the Business Systems team to ensure that content delivered is supportive to our racecourse partner estate and integrated successfully • Support the development of the customer proposition across the racecourse partnerships within Ireland • Encourage communication and collaboration across the business and stakeholders to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working • Develop a pipeline of new opportunities to support growth of the Tote pool and awareness of the Tote product across racecourses • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver both on-course and off-course mobile acquisition plans through racecourse partners • Work closely with marketing to provide regular feedback received from partner meetings and customers regarding the brand, promotion and offer • Work with both product and engineering teams to create, deliver, test and rollout new products to racecourse partners • Track progress on partnership objectives, reporting this in regular meetings with partnership stakeholders and internal teams involved • A degree of flexibility is required due to the number of partners and geographical spread. travel will be required on a regular basis. Specialist Skills and Experience Required: • Experience working with the racecourse and or betting industry • Proven matrix management experience • Strong communicator with fluent verbal and written English • Experience with working with a variety of Stakeholder and Partners • Ability to work well as part of a team • An aptitude in building relationships across organisational levels • Experience in organising, prioritising, and managing a high-volume workload • Programme management experience • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Good analytical approach to problem solving • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with 3rd parties • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask • Competent computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Available to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and demonstrate flexibility as per the needs of the business If this sounds like the role for you apply today!
