Head Person Vacancy Ridgeway Racing is a well-run, organised and professional yard with good rides and great facilities. We are successful, ambitious and are looking for someone to help lead our small and friendly team.

In order to manage our team of horses and staff effectively and efficiently, the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and equine knowledge and complete tasks to a high standard, paying attention to detail.

The ability to ride well is essential as this role involves riding out up to 2 or 3 lots per day and, subject to experience, riding work. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
