The British Horseracing Authority is the single governing and regulatory body for British Horseracing which ensures the continuing integrity and successful development of the sport. It is the BHA's role to act for and on behalf of the whole sport, ensuring the highest standards for the sport and participants, on and away from the racecourse. Our vision is simple: to build a brighter future for our sport, our horses and our people.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated individual to join the Equine Anti-Doping Department. The Anti-Doping Administrator will work to implement and support the BHA’s equine anti-doping strategy, and will act as the first point of contact for the Equine Anti-Doping Department, providing information to trainers, breeders, owners and vets. The Anti-Doping Administrator is responsible for handling confidential data on a daily basis, therefore integrity and discretion are essential, alongside excellent communication skills. Other responsibilities include test planning, data coordination and management of sample results.

The successful candidate will have meticulous attention to detail and a proactive and flexible approach. Essential skills include proficiency in MS Office Packages and the capability to manage electronic databases, as well as the ability to work to deadlines and coordinate effective processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department.
