Following a substantive review led by the British Horseracing Authority, the Horserace Betting Levy Board and the Racing Foundation, representative organisations across the sport’s industry have agreed to establish a new function to collaboratively drive and coordinate development of initiatives and activities focused on recruitment, training and retention. The key outcomes for the newly created function will be to improve the sustainability of the workforce, establishing and meeting future needs and driving improved skills, engagement and wellbeing.
