Work Riders

Nicky Richards Racing are looking for competent riders to join their successful team in the North West of England. A typical day will begin at 07:30 where you will ride 3-4 lots (no mucking out beforehand) and then help finish up on the yard with feeding etc. 

Afternoons are 3-5 where the horses will be brushed over, beds tidied up and hays/waters topped up.

Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends (shortened hours to weekdays).

Experience in racing is preferred but not essential, however you must be able to ride to a good standard and be capable of riding young fit horses. We will consider anyone from other equine disciplines.
