ARC is looking for a Staffing Supervisor to work in our South West Hub.
This role will be based at Chepstow Racecourse but will involve travel to Bath, Hereford and Ffos Las.
Although this is currently a casual role there are full time hours available.
The main focus of this role is to plan the casual staff journey from the recruitment process to successful preparation of race days alongside EVH event days and the operational running of the staffing element on an event day.
The role will be heavily focussed on recruitment alongside the day-to-day planning of the casual team for race days and events. The successful candidate will need to work alongside the Regional Staffing Manager and regional Catering and Events Manager to plan casual staff recruitment for key dates along with planning and managing the casual staff requirements for all events across both sites.

Previous use of time and attendance systems would be advantageous to this role.
