ARC is looking for a Casual Recruitment Assistant to work as part of our Casual Staffing Team.

This role will be based at Chepstow Racecourse but will involve travel to Bath, Hereford and Ffos Las Racecourses.

Although this is currently a casual role there are full time hours available.

The main focus of this role is to assist with the recruitment of casual catering team members across the region.

 The successful candidate will need to work alongside the Regional Staffing Manager and regional Catering and Events Manager to plan casual staff recruitment for key dates along with planning and managing the casual staff requirements for all events across both sites.

Essential Requirements

• High level of interpersonal skills.

• Strong IT and business systems literacy skills.

• Excellent communicator.

• Works well under pressure.

• Customer service focused (internal and external).

Previous use of time and attendance systems would be advantageous to this role.
