Experienced Work Riders Upper Lambourn

Principle Racing is a dual purpose training yard based in Upper Lambourn. 

We have several exciting opportunities for dedicated full time and part time work riders to work with our existing horses and also in preparation for new horses joining us.

We have excellent onsite facilities including 76 licensed stables and our own 1 furlong oval for warming up the horses. 

We are in one of the best locations for all of the outstanding jockey club estates maintained Lambourn gallops with the Short, Long, Fishers Hill and Kingsdown all on our doorstep. 

We have a small friendly team and provide excellent working conditions and staff training.

We also believe in giving our staff a better work life balance so you would not be required to do evening stables or work Sundays. 

Full time, part time and temporary positions available for experienced work riders, pay and salary is dependant on experience.
