The Role:

We are looking to recruit a Recruitment and Staffing Administrator to work within our Catering Hub (South) based at either Lingfield Park Racecourse or Royal Windsor Racecourse.  The Staffing and Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Regional Staffing Manager to plan and manage the entire casual staff journey.

Key duties for the Staffing and Recruitment Administrator include:

  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding and Induction
  • Training and Development
  • Administration and payroll processes
  • Event day check in, briefing and management
