Head Person/Yard Manager

Bryan Smart is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Head Person/Yard Manager to join his successful team at Hambleton House, on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors.

The candidate should have experience managing staff, the ability to work off their own initiative and be well organised. They will be able to oversee all aspects of horse care and welfare and be fully committed to the success of the yard and all those working within it. The ability to ride out is an advantage but not essential. Onsite, centrally heated, self-contained cottage accommodation available alongside a competitive salary with bonuses.
