Assistant Trainer

We are looking for a Pupil Assistant Trainer with drive and ambition and the desire to learn everything about training racehorses and running a racing yard. The successful candidate must be able to ride out, drive a horse box and take horses to the races (flat and jumps) together with various other duties at the yard, including helping with administrative jobs in the office. Whilst in post we will train you to do what is needed to be a racehorse trainer and how to run a racing yard.

The position would be ideal for an ex-jockey, jumps or flat. Previous holders of the post have included Oliver Greenall who is now a successful trainer in his own right. We can offer accommodation with the post if required.
