About the role:

The Front Office Supervisor will be required to assist, lead and coordinate the Front Office Department, ensuring high quality customer care and satisfaction is delivered at all times. Taking a pro-active approach on behalf of the Front Office Manager to ensure continuous improvement within the department and deliver against budgeted guidelines while exceeding guest expectations and staff welfare. 

The person we are looking for as has…..

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Receptionist
  • Knowledge of hotel systems and software - Opera and MARSHA
  • Influencing skills
  • Leadership skills
