Accounts Assistant / Trainee Bookkeeper

Assisting the business owner in all areas of accounts administration, bookkeeping and general office support. Input accounting transactions into computerised accounting programmes, including Sage, Quick Books and Excel. Payroll administration and support, liaising with the practice's clients and their suppliers in order to obtain relevant accounting documentation, or to clarify and resolve queries.

Answering the phone, taking messages and generally supporting the business owner at all times. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to be provided with a study package in order to pursue a career in Accountancy and Bookkeeping.
