Racing Staff

We are looking for experienced full-time racing staff to join our successful team, working alongside Derby winning Champion Trainer Paul Cole and his son Oliver.

The role requires a high level of capability in riding out, general stable duties and accompanying horses to the races.

We enjoyed a particularly good 2022 season with our two year olds, most notably thanks to Richmond Stakes and live 2,000 Guineas contender Royal Scotsman.  

Excellent onsite accommodation, pension, bonuses, pool money, insurance and expenses.  Friendly team in an exceptional rural setting, within four miles of Lambourn.

Previous racing experience is not essential for those looking to transition from other equestrian spheres as training can be provided for the right candidate with a high level of riding experience.
