Work Rider

Due to yard expansion Tom Dascombe is looking for 2 full time riders/racing staff.

Tom does want experienced riders as good riders = winners, which means more pool money for you! This may suit a couple as Tom can offer you your own free of charge self-contained accommodation just a mile & ½ from the yard.

Alternatively, it will be shared free accommodation in Lambourn village.

You will be paid a minimum of £538 per week with no rent for working a 40-hour week and one weekend in 3.

When you work a weekend, you will receive an evening off, and 3 hours overtime paid at time and a half.

When you go racing you will be paid your hourly wage of £13.46 (or even higher) rather than the industry £10.42

Pool Money, Paid Holiday, EXTRA Holiday off at Christmas/New Year, Pension and Bonuses all given.

This is only the basic package and for the more experienced candidate the salary will rise.

Dave Loughnane & Amy Murphy both worked with Tom & now have successful careers themselves. Tom has have worked with Derby winning jockey, Richard Kingscote for over 17 years.
