Overview of Role

With coverage that is trusted, informative and entertaining we try to ensure that everything we do reflects the dynamism and excitement of the sport we love. We are looking for a Senior Digital Campaign Executive to join our team.

You’ll help develop impactful and innovative digital campaigns that drive engagement and new audiences across multiple ATR communication channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to help develop and execute a clear digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and manage the digital marketing campaigns across all social media channels.
  • Drive social media engagement and seek new ways to communicate and distribute rich media content.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals, proposing recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and opportunities in the digital marketing arena.
  • Build relationships within the industry, seeking opportunities to collaborate on digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise user experience across social channels.
  • Support the Director of Marketing with research projects across the business.
  • Work with digital agencies to deliver PPC and SEO strategies.

  Essential Skills/Experience You will be motivated and passionate about digital marketing. You’ll have experience of implementing social media campaigns, including targeted advertising and campaign analytics.

  • Previous experience working across best-in-class social content
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, publishing, and distribution to optimise campaigns
  • Knowledge of trends, platforms, and best practice
  • Previous experience working with creatives producing content for social media
  • Understanding of organic and paid social media ecosystems
  • Input on overall social direction, execution, and direction internally
  • Knowledge of producing reports to help identify opportunities and proactively feedback learnings
  • Experience of working with external partners and agencies
  • 2-3 years of planning and executing digital / social media campaigns
  • Existing relationships with social media platforms desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Horse racing knowledge not essential
