David Menuisier is looking for a Head Person to join his very successful yard in Pulborough, West Sussex. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big training centres, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious but laid-back multiple Group 1 winning team. The yard has had stakes winners in 5 different countries over the last 3 years so there could also be a great chance to travel throughout Europe and beyond.
The successful candidate will be reliable, a great timekeeper, a good communicator and a team player. An enthusiastic and hard working attitude is essential.
Some of the duties of the successful candidate will be: making sure the yard runs smoothly by liaising between staff, other senior staff and trainer, supervising health & safety and logistics, dealing with vets and suppliers, go racing, etc… Experience in the industry is paramount, horsemanship skills are essential as well as knowing how to lead a team.
