Groom

General care of breeding mares
Handling mares, foals and yearlings
Communication with different parts of the stud facility and awareness of breeding programme
General Stable Duties Responding as necessary to assist with the work of other departments as directed by your manager
Ensuring all equipment, machinery and buildings are secure
Ensuring the mess rooms, tool sheds and staff toilets are clean and tidy
Being aware of and reporting any security risks posed on the Employer’s property Maintenance of Land and Buildings
