Second Travelling Person

We currently have an exciting full time vacancy for a Second Travelling Person to join our forward thinking, friendly team to work along side our Travelling Head Person.  Previous experience of riding/handling/travelling racehorses in full training is preferred however we also welcome applications from other equine spheres who are looking to transfer their skills to racing industry.

This is a varied role and will comprise of riding 3-4 lots each day plus other duties as required. There will also be regular opportunities to go racing both in the UK and abroad.  You must be able to confidently liaise with owners, jockeys and staff and represent Amy Murphy Racing in the absence of the trainer/assistant trainer. The ability to drive a two stall horsebox is essential.
