About the role:

Under the direction of the Regional HR Manager South and the Group Head of HR you will be responsible for all generalist HR requirements at Lingfield Park Resort including the onsite Marriott Hotel.   As part the group HR Team the HR Officer will ensure an efficient and proactive HR function onsite at Lingfield Park Resort. Including Recruitment and onboarding, Employee Relations management, administration, training and team welfare.

About you…

You’ll have good attention to detail and be able to plan and prioritise your workload.  You’ll enjoy communicating with others and be able to work to deadlines. You will demonstrate high levels of integrity and confidentiality and work well under pressure.

The HR Officer will have the ability to influence the venue senior management team and work within the national HR team to deliver group policy and initiatives.

The right candidate will be qualified to a minimum Level 5 standard or have the relevant experience and drive to undertake this qualification (supported by the company).
