Stable Staff

The British Thoroughbred Retraining Centre are looking for a Stable Staff member to join Team BTRC, either a full-time role or possible job share for the right candidates.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and passionate about Thoroughbred welfare and someone who is experienced and competent in all aspects of yard duties such as mucking out, feeding, turning out, grooming etc. Experience of handling challenging horses is preferred but not essential.

If you have riding experience, there may be the opportunity to ride depending on the chosen candidate.

Minimum wage with opportunities for promotion and staff CPD.

Due to the rural location of the Centre, all candidates must have access to their own transport. Accomodation available.
