Customer Service Advisor
Salary: Circa £21k pa (DOE)

A 12-month fixed term vacancy has arisen in our Customer Service and Administration team. This is a high-profile team that is responsible for all aspects of customer service across a variety of business areas. This role liaises across all areas of Equine Services, together with industry bodies and individual racing clients.
An important part of the role is advising prospective owners, trainers, and their secretaries on the various registrations available and to ultimately ensure a new owners’ introduction to racehorse ownership is a simple and straightforward process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Race entries
- Ownership
- BHA accounts
- Horse registrations
- PASScard racecourse access
- First line customer query resolution Manage and resolve queries received via telephone and email in line with agreed SLAs
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the work carried out across the pillar to provide appropriate advice to customers Assisting with any other function of Equine Services when required
Skill Requirements:
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines Good team player
The role will be 35 hours per week, 09:00-17:00, with a variable working pattern covering 5 days per week, including some weekends.
Applicants will initially be required to work from Head Office in Wellingborough, having successfully passed the probation period a hybrid working pattern can be reviewed.
