A 28-week residential course offering learners the opportunity to experience the whole stud year via vocational education and a comprehensive Evening Lecture Programme. The course touches on all aspects of stud work from preparing yearlings, mares and foals for thoroughbred auction, foaling mares and handling youngstock, and caring for our exciting roster of stallions including 7 x Gr.1 winner Stradivarius. The course is complimented by external trips to world class European breeding operations and thoroughbred training grounds as well as work placements with bloodstock agents and sales consignors.
