Yard Staff

William Haggas is looking for yard staff to join our successful team at Somerville Lodge in Newmarket. We have vacancies for ground staff who have experience working with racehorses and good references. Usual stable duties and the opportunity to take horses racing.

We are a friendly team who enjoy working together and celebrating the good days in racing.

The opportunity to progress is always there for those who desire more responsibility or wish to further their career. We support staff by providing information on courses available and allowing them to participate in courses to enable progression in their career and develop new skills. We have an excellent bonus scheme and plenty of perks with the job from parties to above standard pool money (not guaranteed but we try!).
