About the role…
Under the guidance of the Hotel Sales Manager and Hotel General Manager, the Hotel Sales & Revenue Assistant will effectively manage and implement day to day inventory management, analysis and strategy across the Resort to maximize profitability. This position is responsible for looking after group bookings, helping to build rates and keeping all resort systems and third parties aligned and ensuring all rates, packages, hotel information and strategy is implemented through the hotels inventory system. The role includes contributing to forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections. Critiques sales strategy effectiveness and prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities. Conducts analysis of revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel rooms and space inventory

Preferable skills and experience include:
- Background in revenue management, groups and events
- MARSHA/Opera experience
- Interest/experience in Sport/Leisure/Hospitality market
