Full-Time Rider / Racing Groom

Richard Phillips Racing is recruiting for a Full-time Rider / Racing Groom to join our fun, friendly team. 

We are looking for a confident rider, ideally with experience in the racing industry but not essential, to join us to ride around four horses per day as well as doing all the usual stable duties to a high standard. 

Located in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds, we have 35 horses in training, mainly jumpers but also a growing flat string.  

Working hours are:

• Monday - Friday 6.30am - 12.20pm (with a break) then 4pm - 5.30pm with an afternoon off on alternate weeks.
• Saturdays 6.30am - 12.20pm  then alternative weekends of afternoons 4.30pm - 5.30pm and alternate Sundays 8am - 10am then 4.30pm - 5.30pm.
