We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conference & Events Marketing Administrator to join our Customer & Commercial team supporting driving marketing plans and activities to boost Conference & Events business for all racecourses and venues in the group.

The Conference & Events Marketing Executive Administrator will

• Collaborate effectively to ensure successful campaign delivery to agreed deadlines and budgets.

• Help deliver the planning and execution industry trade shows attend when required.

• Support in the gathering of results of marketing plans against KPIs.

• Help develop and deliver innovative campaigns to encourage loyalty and repeat business from relevant customers.

• Supporting in compiling compelling and accurate copy and source/selecting appropriate imagery to support the delivery of successful marketing campaigns across both owned channels and membership and listing details.

• Support in C&E marketing planning and updating & upkeeping annual calendars and trackers.

• Support in briefing of updates to the internal studio and web development teams.

• Manage the administration of campaign activity, including creating purchase orders and managing budgets.

• Experienced in an administration role within a client facing environment.

• Positive, can-do attitude to the workplace with a hands-on approach.

• Maniacally focused and organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Excited about making a difference within a fun, supportive team.

• Technically savvy with excellent written and oral communication skills
