About the role;

The Apprentice Business Coordinator (Health & Safety) will work as part of the Health & Safety team supporting administrative services. This is a varied & interesting role and the post holder will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. The knowledge, skills and behaviours required for the role will be developed over the duration of the apprenticeship. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, support with data input and help the team to prepare and send out communications. Overall, this role will help us to achieve our aim of promoting and monitoring health, safety and welfare throughout our group.

About you;

  • You will be able to produce accurate work showing good attention to detail and managing your own time efficiently.
  • You will have the ability to speak with a range of people over the phone, on video calls and by email.
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to change within the working day.
  • You are able to use your initiative in completing tasks.
  • You will have the ability to use Microsoft tools such as Mail, Teams and Excel (basic). Any other experience with Sharepoint/365/Powerpoint will be advantageous but is not essential.
