Full -Time Experienced Rider / Racing Groom

Richard Phillips Racing is recruiting for an experienced full-time Work Rider / Racing Groom to join our fun, friendly team with a newly refurbished on-site flat available for the right applicant.  A couple will also be considered.

We are looking for a confident rider ideally with experience in the racing or eventing, to join us to ride around four horses per day as well as doing all the usual stable duties to a high standard. 

Located in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds, we have 30 horses in training, mainly jumpers but also a growing flat string.  We offer an excellent salary and provide a safe, professional working environment where development and progression are encouraged.
