As part of the Hotel sales team, this role is to effectively manage and implement day to day inventory management, analysis and strategy across the Resort to maximize profitability alongside the Hotel Sales Manager. The role encompasses the responsibility for managing rooms and space inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits.

This this role is responsible for building rates, packages and keeping all resort systems and 3rd parties aligned and ensuring all rates, packages, hotel information and strategy is implemented through the hotels inventory system.   

Essential Skills & Experience: 

  • Knowledge of OPERA/ MARSHA
  • Background in groups and events 
  • Interest/experience in Sport/Leisure/Hospitality market 
  • Strategic thinker, ability to prioritise 
  • Can do attitude, energetic 
  • Calm under pressure 
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Creative thinker 
  • Relationship builder
