Job Details
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a successful and friendly team. Ideally be experienced with racehorses but not essential if you have a background in another equine sphere.
Riding out 3/4 lots per morning,
Riding work on the gallops and to be confident and capable in all stable duties.
You will be doing this throughout the stunning Shropshire/Herefordshire countryside, through our 5,000 acres of forestry, large grass gallops and our private all-weather facilities which include our custom-made 6-furlong all weather carpet fibre gallop and schooling fences.
We are looking for someone with previous experience working with horses who is confident in working with horses and not afraid of hard work.

Kerry Lee was born to train racehorses. Her parents both rode as amateurs before dad Richard, multiple champion point-to-point trainer in the eighties, turned professional.
From there The Bell House grew into the success story it is today. The bespoke training facility has nurtured horses to go right to the very top, galloping to victory at major meetings like the Cheltenham Festival and Aintree.
The Welsh National has become a particular favourite of the calendar year, with a hat-trick of triumphs for the stable nestled in the heart of Herefordshire.
