Are you a dynamic CRM Executive looking to make your mark in the sports and entertainment industry? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Digital Marketing Team at The Jockey Club, where we stage thrilling sporting occasions and live events nationwide.

At this exciting time in our journey, you'll work across multiple channels, utilizing our ever-growing wealth of data to enhance fan engagement and fanbase management strategies. You will play a key role in increasing ticket sales, driving fan engagement, and encouraging repeat visits to some of the biggest events in the industry including, The Grand National, The Cheltenham Festival, and The Derby. As a CRM Executive, you'll also collaborate with prestigious partners such as Boodles and Aston Martin and be part of hosting world-class leisure and hospitality events.

The CRM Executive will

• Plan, execute and monitor execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app and direct mail to increase customer engagement, loyalty and revenues.

• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from initial stakeholder briefing and requirements gathering, planning, and targeting, set-up and creative, deployment and reporting.

• Co-ordinate with wider Marketing, Digital, Commercial and Partnerships teams to ensure all CRM campaigns are on-brand and integrate seamlessly into holistic initiatives.

• Write copy, choose imagery/artwork and brief internal design teams to create compelling content and impactful campaigns.

• Help define, execute, and optimise customer/fanbase lifecycle journey workflows through welcome/nurture, engage/retain, monetisation/upsell, reward/winback and feedback/advocacy.

• Utilise insight and segmentation modelling to build targeting groups comprising demographic, purchase, engagement, interaction, preference, and interest data.

• Prepare and distribute post campaign performance reporting, recommending actionable insights that deliver continuous improvement.

• Identify and action new opportunities for automated and triggered CRM programmes to gain production and operational efficiencies.

• Assist with the set-up, implementation and reporting of data acquisition opportunities (online and at-venue data capture) to help grow marketable database volumes.

• Define and deliver targeting lists for outbound telephone calling, CRO/Digital personalisation and paid media targeting/suppression/look-a-likes.

• Champion CRM best practice and ensure all CRM activities comply with data protection regulations.

About you

• Experienced CRM Executive capable building, deploying, and testing CRM campaigns and using Dotdigital or a similar ESP/ Customer Engagement Platforms

• Experience using data, insight, and segmentations to define targeting groups.

• Ability to interpret data to measure campaign impact and effectiveness and identify actionable insights.

• Excellent Communicator with ability to build highly positive relationships cross functionally.

• Process driven with strong organisational and time-management skills for running multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.

• Passionate in delivering high quality results with outstanding attention to detail.

• Highly collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleagues who have shared accountabilities but who play different roles trusting and empowering them to deliver their part effectively.
