About the role:
Your mission will be to support our 21 busy venues to ensure they run efficiently and safely by helping to manage their maintenance, reactive and remedial work schedule. You will oversee and review our CAFM system Expansive which supports the venues; proactively ensuring it is up to date, raising requests for various works and following through to ensure that all required documentation is added and approved prior to works taking place. You will also support venues to ensure work orders are recorded, carried out on time and jobs closed out correctly. This will ensure all statutory compliance is done on time and remedial actions are completed within a timely manner. and that all H&S paperwork (RAMS, COSHH, Permits) are completed and documents available for compliance and audit purposes as required.
About you…
Desirable
- 2 years experience of facilities management / workplace - preferably within a leisure environment.
- Hard services experience - specifying and co-ordinating mechanical and electrical works.
- Experience with PPM and scheduling of works.
- Experience reviewing report /job sheets, identification of remedial activities and close out of works.
- Familiarity and knowledge of statutory compliance, British Standards and ACOP related to Workplace and Facilities Management.
- Ideally utilised Building Management System (BMS) and CAFM software.
- Experience with workplace and facilities data analysis and evaluation.
- Able to review and understand Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Customer facing – dealing with colleagues, suppliers and contractors.
