Product and Events Manager

Racingbreaks.com are Europe's largest racing travel business, offering ticket inclusive and hospitality packages to all major UK and Ireland racecourses including Cheltenham, Aintree, Punchestown, Newmarket, Leopardstown, Chester, Epsom, The Curragh, Ascot, Goodwood and York. We also offer international horse racing abroad packages to Dubai, Longchamp, Japan, Keeneland, Santa Anita, Kentucky and Melbourne. Racing Breaks is a young fast growing company with a small team passionate about horse racing. 

Key Duties 

1. Product Management
   • Responsible for managing contracts and relationships with key suppliers including hotels, racecourses, transfers and other ancillary businesses. 
   • This involves negotiating rates, commission and driving the best possible value for Racing Breaks
   • Work with the sales team to ensure the product matches the needs of the customers
2. Website & CRM Management
   • You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the Racingbreaks.com website. This involves creating new pages, tickets, racecourses and looking after the inventory on the site
   • You will be responsible for the Contact Relationship Management (CRM) ensuring the products are loaded correctly
   • CRM management will involve creating and sending newsletters to our customer database

      

3. Event management

• Responsible for delivering events on time, within budget that meet customer expectations. Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on all events. Liaising with the sales team on the above
• Confirming hotel and ancillary allocations and arrangements
• Attending events when necessary to look after guests

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office in London and 2 days working from home. We are not able to offer 100% remote working
