The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) is the governing and regulatory body for British horseracing, which seeks to ensure the effective regulation, integrity, and commercial success of the sport.

The BHA is looking to recruit a commercially focused Senior Project Manager to join the Strategy & Change Department.

You will support the work of the industry strategy, which is being coordinated by the BHA, on behalf of and in collaboration with all those working in, and involved with, the racing industry.

From areas growing racing’s collective income, competitive field sizes, through to horse welfare and the needs of racing’s people, and attracting the next generation of employees, owners, investors, and customers collaborative action is needed to grow the industry.

We are looking for an excellent communicator who is effective and efficient in planning and coordinating resources to deliver projects on time. Your experience is likely to have come from a project management background, ideally coupled with a sound understanding of the British horseracing industry and its stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will be an effective team player and have experience of running multiple complex and cross-functional projects at any one time. You will be able to establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders across various business areas. You are a problem solver who can think creatively to provide effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
