We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join the Racecourse team at Lingfield Park. If you have an eye for detail with strong customer service skills then this could be the role you’re looking for. You will supervise the cleaning team and actively clean all public spaces in preparation for pre and post racedays, meetings and events.

Some of the Key Responsibilities

  • The supervision of all cleaning staff
  • Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
  • Reviewing work schedules
  • Ordering of cleaning materials
  • Monitoring of all cleaning activities
  • Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
  • Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in all areas within remit.
  • Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
  • Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions
  • Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines
