The Event Co-ordinator will
• Own the Event Process: Manage all hospitality administration, from table plans to dietary needs, ensuring smooth coordination between catering and operations teams.
• Customer Champion: Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they have everything they need for an amazing race day, including any special requests like flowers or AV equipment.
• Smooth Race Day Execution: Collaborate with the catering and ops teams on race day, ensuring everything runs like clockwork and clients are thrilled with their experience.
• Handle Logistics: Distribute event tickets and information once payments are received. Book tipsters, AV equipment, and anything else needed for a seamless event.
• Financial Follow-Up: Work closely with finance to ensure all clients have paid before the event and handle post-event invoicing.
• Process Improvement: Suggest new ways to streamline admin tasks and enhance the customer experience.
About you
• Proven experience in customer service or client relationship roles, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Exceptional communicator, driven to provide first-class customer experiences.
• Team player, who thrives in a positive, collaborative environment.
• Ultra-organized, with the ability to juggle priorities and stay on top of tasks.
• Calm under pressure, maintaining focus and composure in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
