We are now looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our marketing department.
You will be joining the Tote during a period of growth for our B2C business so this is a key role where you will be responsible for shaping the brand’s external perception. You will leverage partnerships to drive long-term value and engagement, positioning the Tote as a leader within the horse racing and betting landscape.

We’re looking for someone who truly understands brand marketing, appreciates the value of consumer PR, and how to leverage our core sponsorships to drive our brand's growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brands reputation and ensuring we remain top-of-mind across the industry. Our headquarters in Wigan is the main hub for our team of over 200 innovative and ambitious experts dedicated to delivering our vision of providing the best betting experience for racing fans. For this role we are looking for someone who can work flexibly, covering weekends when required and can commit to 2/3 days per week in our Wigan HQ. A full induction, training, and personal development plan will be provided to anyone who joins the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own all partnership deals, managing budgets, negotiating contract terms & ensuring all partnerships deliver maximum ROI
- Passionately convey the brand, working closely with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration
- Lead the end-to-end management of sponsored sporting events from negotiating agreements to executing impactful activations that drive engagement and brand visibility
- Regularly analyse and report on partnership success through key metrics, including brand trackers, organic and direct traffic, and customer retention data, providing reports back to the business with results and learnings
- Attend industry events when required to represent the brand and build fruitful working relationships with key industry figures
What we are looking for:
- A Degree in marketing or a related discipline
- Proven experience in managing partnerships focused on brand building (experience with partners across sports, betting or gaming industry preferable but not essential)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- An Analytical mindset
- An understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice such as CAP and ASA guidelines
- A passion for Sports/Horse Racing or a history of working in online Gambling is advantageous but not essential
