William Haggas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee operations across all yards at Somerville Lodge. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a proven track record as a Head Person and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a Head Person or in a similar role.
* Strong people skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively
* A genuine interest in developing and training younger staff members.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Organised, reliable, and able to maintain high standards
