Assistant Head Person

Archie Watson Racing are looking for an Assistant Head Person to join the successful team here in Upper Lambourn. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has a passion for working in the industry and can work as part of a team looking after a large yard.

This role will involve a level of responsibility and therefore experience of working in a racing yard is essential and they must be able to demonstrate exceptional standards of care and dedication to the horses and efficiency in running the yard including running on a weekend. Rider preferred but not essential.
