Apprentice Jockey

Bryan Smart has a vacancy for an apprentice jockey claiming 7lb or 5lb. Bryan has started the careers of many successful jockeys and using his valuable experience from his own riding and training career he is an excellent mentor for those wanting to pursue a career as a jockey. The successful candidate must ride to a high standard however we are happy to teach someone who needs further experience race riding or riding fast work at home.

Bryan is well known for kick starting the careers of many jockeys and often claims off his horses therefore there is ample opportunity for race rides for the right person.

We have a straight forward routine with no road work, lovely horses and all facilities on site.

Onsite accommodation available alongside a competitive salary with bonuses and excellent pool money.
