Job Title: Project Executive, HIPB

Contract Type: 2-year Fixed Term

Location: London, (Hybrid Flexibility)

Salary: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00

Led by the British Horseracing Authority, British horseracing is undergoing a bold strategic change programme.  As a part of this programme The Horseracing Industry People Board (HIPB) was established to take responsibility for the development and implementation of an industry wide people strategy for British horseracing.

To ensure the effective implementation of the ambitious plans contained in the people strategy, we are now seeking a Project Executive.

The role will be closely involved in ensuring the effective delivery of a wide range of change programmes across the whole scope of the workforce strategy and would be of interest to someone looking to develop their skills and career in project or change management with a people focus. You will report to the HIPB Programme Lead, working as part of a small and dedicated team.
