Job title: Marketing & Customer Experience Executive

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

The Marketing & Customer Experience Executive will help deliver exceptional customer experiences by planning marketing campaigns for major events, including the Randox Grand National at Aintree Racecourse, Group One Race Days at Haydock Park, and live music events.

The Marketing & Customer Experience Executive will
•Optimise Raceday experiences, including general admission and hospitality, across all physical touchpoints to boost customer satisfaction and encourage rebooking.
•Develop and adapt event theming and manage key aspects of customer engagement, including Raceday entertainment and collaborating with suppliers.
•Produce engaging, creative content across multiple formats, including text, images, and video.
•Collaborate with internal creative teams and external suppliers to deliver effective creative that delivers marketing and commercial goals.
•Support the Campaign Marketing Manager in any other aspects of general marketing where the marketing plan requires.
About you
•Have a solid understanding of all key areas of the marketing mix, including proposition development, media planning and digital marketing execution.
•Experience in planning, executing, and reviewing marketing campaigns.
•A high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
•Well-versed in creating video content and copywriting.
•Keep up to date with current marketing techniques and industry news.
