Pupil Assistant Trainer

Varian Stable has an exciting opening for the role of Pupil Assistant Trainer. Riders will be looked upon favourably, however it is not a requirement of the role. You will gain valuable insight into the workings of one of the most successful training establishments in the UK. It is a great steppingstone towards any career within horse racing.

In line with Varian Stables core values, the successful candidate will be a respectful individual, highly motivated and capable of leading from the front. You will have a solid knowledge of horse health and anatomy. You will have a good understanding of racing with the ability to read a race and communicate with owners’ post-race. IT skills are essential.
